Painting a picture
Today I paint my picture
Today I paint my masterpiece
Blending beautiful colors
Stroking beautiful strokes
As I listen to beautiful classical music
Taking me so far away
To places I've never been to before
In mind,
In dreams
In visions or reality
Today my canvas is my best friend
It's ready to go
Anywhere I go
It's ready to see anything I see
My canvas will let me express myself
Rather I start at the top
The middle or the bottom
It see's my reflection as a reflection of it's own
My brushes are ready
My palette is ready
My easel stays ready
My body inhales and exhales
Now I am ready
For painting a picture
For painting my masterpiece
